4. 2.4 Deal or Special Offer listings on the Wed for Less website will expire when the User has selected them to expire or after a period of 6 months, whichever comes sooner. Wed for Less reserves the right to remove any Deals or Special Offers it deems to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Registered Users
1. 3.1 You agree to comply with all local, state, national or international rules regarding online business transactions. If the registered User is a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement.

  2. 2 Wed for Less believes that a User has listed a Company or Deal for which that User is not directly responsible or affiliated with, or
  3. 3 Wed for Less has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information provided by a registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, or
  4. 4 Wed for Less believes that the registered User's actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to such registered User, Wed for Less's other Users, Wed for Less or its affiliates.
Unacceptable Content
1. 4.1 Please choose carefully the information you post on this website and that you provide to other Users. Your Website profile and other Content submitted by you to this website may not include the following items: inaccurate, offencive, inappropriate or sexually explicit content, contact details of public figures and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter.
