  "A lovely location for a wedding"

I dressed many weddings at Windy Harbour over several years and all my customers chose the venue for the following reasons. It's location - being semi rural it's near enough to transport links for guests, yet backing onto the hills and dales of Longdendale (what better backdrop for those photos). It's flexibility - with a choice of rooms to marry and to celebrate in. The warm and friendly welcome of the staff and proprieter - no stuffy, formality here. And finally, the home cooked food. Whether it's a formal seated wedding breakfast, or a more relaxed buffet, the food is always appreciated. All my customers chose Windy Harbour farm Hotel for a combination of these reasons and I would not hesitate to recommend as possibly one of the nicest and most relaxed venues in and around North Derbyshire and Greater Manchester.
