Back to Company Profile Add Review4.0 out of 5 I engaged "Chibber" to play at a private 40th party, after seeing them at other venues first.They were very helpful and accommodating in setting up the evening. I took a poll of guests including some who work in the music industry in London, and all were agreed that "Chibber" were a quality band who were well equipped, with a good strong repatoir and a strong sound. I was extremely pleased with value for money, length of time they performed at my party and the variety of music available. In the lead up to the event I had plenty of contact with the band, I was provided with a playlist and could make specific requests for any songs they did not class as standards. Everyone who attended my party were impressed and enjoyed the evening with fantastic musical entertainment. Top Banana. I don't know if I should adverise this, but they allowed me to live out a Wedding dream of playing bass on one of the songs, which was in fact not in the band's usual set list so they had to learn this song especially, which really was going out of their way. I even got the chance to go a solo spot! The range of music is excellent, with something for everyone. I would say that as a compliment the sound clips and CD offer a good idea of Chibber however is not a true representation as they sound 100 times better 'in person' - you will not be dissapointed. Each and every band memeber and roadie is very polite and so easy to get on with - which is perfect when you're organising a big event such as a Wedding. In terms of value for money, again this was great value for around 3 hours of music, 4 band memebers, 3 helpers and travel costs etc. I wish I could have afforded to pay them more!! Gavin Page reviewed Chibber on 6 Aug 2009 4.0 out of 5 Chibber were a great wedding band, beginning their set with slow numbers whilst the guests ate, then moving on to some great dance numbers as the evening progressed. Many of the songs suited our own taste and ranged from rock classics to current bands such as The Hoosiers and The Feeling. Many of our guests commented on how good they felt the band was. A great range of music covers to cater for all ages, all brilliantly executed. Real foot stomping stuff. I couldn't be dragged off the dance floor! Chibber played all night with only two short breaks and did a rousing encore when those of those left at the end just didn't want the party to end! They were very reasonably priced compared to other bands we had enquired about and we couldn't have got a better band. Since we got back from honeymoon nothing has been on our stereo other than our new Chibber CD (loud!) and we will be going to see them perform live as soon as possible! I can highly recommend Chibber to anyone
